Bintang needs a job to support herself and her family. After a long struggle, a rare opportunity arises: she lands a probationary role—essentially an internship—at a major seasoning company. She joins a diverse group of peers: Bima (the cum laude achiever), Velma (the loose cannon), Damai (the brown-noser), Mika (the heir), and Claudia (the corporate robot). But just as they start bonding, they discover a harsh truth: only one of them will pass probation and become a permanent employee.
